We are a fiberglass mold manufacturing company operating in a high-quality production environment with strict standards to ensure customer satisfaction. We are seeking a skilled and dependable Lamination Technician with experience using an MVP chopper gun to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, consistency, and producing top-tier composite products.

• Operate MVP chopper gun to apply fiberglass and resin to molds
• Perform hand lay-up and spray-up lamination processes
• Read and follow work orders, drawings, and production specifications
• Ensure proper material usage and consistent thickness of laminate
• Roll out air bubbles and ensure structural integrity of finished parts
• Maintain and clean equipment, including chopper gun and spray systems
• Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with standards
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Key Responsibilities
• Operate MVP chopper gun to apply fiberglass and resin to molds
• Perform spray-up and hand lay-up lamination processes to precise specifications
• Follow detailed work instructions, drawings, and quality standards
• Maintain consistent laminate thickness and proper material ratios
• Roll out air pockets and ensure structural integrity of all parts
• Inspect molds and finished products to meet company quality expectations
• Maintain, clean, and troubleshoot lamination equipment
• Keep work area organized and adhere to all safety procedures and PPE requirements Qualifications
• Experience with fiberglass lamination and MVP chopper gun operation (Preferred)
• Strong understanding of high-quality production standards and attention to detail
• Ability to follow structured processes and meet tight tolerances
• Experience in mold manufacturing or composites industry preferred
• Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English (for safety, training, and quality purposes)
