This role is responsible for applying powder coating to metal parts to create a durable, high-quality finish.

Responsibilities:

Prepare parts for coating (cleaning, sanding, masking) Apply powder coating using spray equipment Load and unload parts into curing ovens Inspect finished products for quality Maintain equipment and keep work area clean Follow all safety procedures

Requirements:

Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (heat, cold, dust) Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Willingness to work overtime as needed Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) Strong attention to detail Previous powder coating or similar experience preferred, but not required
