Painter (Night Shift)

Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Operate airless paint sprayers, brushes, rollers, and other hand tools to apply paints, coatings, or primers efficiently Use precision measuring instruments to verify surface dimensions and ensure accurate application Handle materials safely using forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed for material transport Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment to uphold safety standards and work quality Follow safety protocols including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) during all painting activities Collaborate with fabrication, welding, auto body repair, or assembly teams to meet project specifications and deadlines Requirements Proven experience in industrial painting, construction painting, or auto painting environments Mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing processes and machining operations Ability to operate power tools, hand tools, cranes, forklifts, and welding equipment safely Familiarity with materials handling techniques and the use of precision measuring instruments Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and quality checks Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow efficiency Warehouse experience is preferred for material management tasks Strong understanding of auto body repair techniques is a plus Ability to work night shifts consistently with good physical stamina Certification or experience with airless paint spraying is advantageous Join us as a Painter (Night Shift) and bring your craftsmanship to life!
