We are a Nadcap Chemical Processing Merit Rated facility serving customers across aerospace, defense, medical, and commercial industries. We are looking for an experienced Paint & Powder Coater who takes pride in quality workmanship, attention to detail, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Prepare parts for paint and powder coating processes Perform masking, hanging, racking, and surface preparation Apply wet paint and powder coat finishes to specification Operate spray equipment and coating systems safely and efficiently Inspect coated parts for coverage, defects, and finish quality Maintain cleanliness and organization of paint and powder areas Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality requirements Assist with packaging and handling finished parts as needed Qualifications Previous paint and/or powder coating experience required Experience in manufacturing or metal finishing preferred Ability to read work instructions and follow process requirements Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Aerospace or industrial coating experience is a plus Benefits Competitive hourly pay Opportunities for growth and advancement Paid holidays and PTO after eligibility period Supportive team environment Stable, growing company with long-term opportunities Schedule Monday through Thursday Day shift Overtime available based on workload Apply Today If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and want to grow with a rapidly expanding aerospace finishing company, we'd love to hear from you.
