• Aircraft Painter (Aircraft Maintenance / MRO)

Location:

Miami, FL We are currently seeking experienced Aircraft Painters for a long-term opportunity supporting a Part 145 MRO environment in Miami, FL. This role supports aircraft painting, surface preparation, and finishing operations on commercial, corporate, general aviation, and military aircraft platforms. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prepare aircraft surfaces for painting through sanding, stripping, cleaning, and masking primers, topcoats, and specialty coatings to aircraft and aircraft components Mix paints and coatings according to manufacturer specifications Perform touch-ups, blending, and finishing work as required Read and interpret technical instructions, paint drawings, and work orders Ensure all painting and finishing work meets quality standards and customer specifications Maintain spray equipment, paint tools, and work areas in proper condition all safety procedures related to hazardous materials and paint operations Maintain accurate documentation of work performed Support aircraft modification and maintenance projects as assigned Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Other duties as assigned Competencies To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Adaptability
