Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cerakote Applicator to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in surface prep, spray application, and finishing techniques, with a strong focus on quality and consistency. Duties repare parts for coating (cleaning, degreasing, sandblasting, masking) Mix and apply Cerakote coatings according to manufacturer specifications Operate spray paint equipment (HVLP or equivalent) Monitor curing processes (oven curing and air cure as applicable) Perform quality inspections to ensure finish consistency and durability Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow all safety procedures and material handling guidelines Assist with disassembly/reassembly of parts when needed Requirements Experience with Cerakote or similar coatings (powder coat, automotive paint, etc.) preferred Familiarity with spray equipment and finishing techniques Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to follow technical instructions and mix ratios precisely Comfortable working with small parts and intricate components Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for extended periods Team player with a strong work ethic
