This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic auto detailing environment, delivering exceptional results that protect and enhance vehicle finishes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction, thriving in a fast-paced setting where precision and professionalism are key. Duties Prepare vehicles by thoroughly cleaning and decontaminating surfaces to ensure optimal coating adhesion. Perform paint correction procedures, including polishing and buffing, to eliminate scratches, swirl marks, and imperfections. Apply high-quality ceramic coatings with precision, ensuring even coverage for maximum durability and gloss. Use automotive buffers and polishing tools safely and effectively to achieve flawless finishes. Maintain vehicle cleanliness throughout the detailing process, including interior and exterior areas. Follow safe work practices at all times to prevent damage or injury during detailing procedures. Assist with general facility upkeep, including janitorial tasks and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Skills Proven experience in auto detailing, especially with ceramic coating application and paint correction techniques. Strong knowledge of safe work practices and proper use of automotive buffers, polishing compounds, and cleaning tools. Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients about their vehicle needs and care. Ability to perform heavy lifting when handling equipment or vehicle parts safely. Experience with car wash procedures, vehicle maintenance, and custodial tasks within an auto detailing environment. Familiarity with window tinting processes is a plus.
