In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facilities and equipment, ensuring safety standards are met, and supporting outdoor maintenance projects. Your energetic approach and commitment to quality will help us deliver exceptional service while promoting a safe and efficient work environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop versatile skills in industrial cleaning, equipment handling, and surface preparation. Duties Operate pressure washers and paint sprayers to clean and prepare surfaces both indoors and outdoors, ensuring thorough coverage and high-quality results Assist with warehouse organization, including manual handling of materials, loading, unloading, and moving supplies safely Perform industrial cleaning tasks such as floor buffing, surface scrubbing, and debris removal to maintain a clean and safe environment Use ladders safely to access elevated areas for cleaning or painting tasks while adhering to safety protocols Support outdoor work projects by preparing surfaces for painting or sealing, including power washing fences, walls, or equipment Handle fire extinguishers properly in case of emergencies and participate in safety drills as required Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, equipment usage, and safety inspections Requirements Proven experience with ladder use, outdoor work environments, and industrial cleaning techniques Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely and efficiently Knowledge of commercial cleaning procedures including floor buffing and surface preparation Familiarity with the use of fire extinguishers and adherence to safety regulations Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness standards Prior experience working outdoors or in industrial settings is preferred Excellent physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, or lift for extended periods Join us in creating a cleaner, safer workspace!
