Job Description

Position Overview Ferman Collision Center in Tarpon Springs is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Reconditioning Technician to support our commitment to delivering exceptional vehicle appearance and quality. This role is responsible for performing light collision repairs, wheel refinishing, paint preparation, and spot blending to restore vehicles to like-new condition while upholding Ferman's standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities Wheel Repair & Refinishing:
Repair and refinish damaged wheels, perform sanding, filling, and painting.
Light Collision Repairs:
Complete minor body repairs including dents, scratches, and plastic repairs.
Paint Preparation & Spot Blending:
Sand, mask, clean, and blend paint for seamless finishes.
Production & Quality:
Meet production goals while maintaining high-quality standards.
Shop Maintenance & Safety:
Maintain clean workspace and follow all safety guidelines. Qualifications 1-3+ years of automotive reconditioning or collision repair experience. Strong attention to detail. Valid driver's license.
