Job Responsibilities:

Be responsible for powder coating painting technique and product quality Ensuring that quality product is produced within time restrictions Leading a team of production workers Monitoring production processes Ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and quality standards Identifying and addressing any issues or bottlenecks that may affect productivity Continuously analyze production data, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Ensure and verify all staged material contain accurate quantities and labeled correctly according to work orders.

Job Qualifications:

Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery, and equipment Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies. Proficiency in using productivity software and manufacturing-related software applications. Familiarity with production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Experience in implementing and enforcing safety protocols and quality control standards. Must be able to occasionally lift to 50 lbs. Job Requirements 2 years Powder Coat Painting experience
