What you will do:
As a Production Painter, you will perform a variety of functions associated with the powder coating application and production process within an established cycle time. This may include loading and unloading materials, moving parts and equipment, painting and coating parts, cleaning and maintaining parts and equipment, and providing routine assistance and support.
What you have:
Production painter experience in a manufacturing paint facility. Experience in topcoat, prime coat and electrostatic paint Experience and/or working knowledge of typical paint tech roles (masking, shot blast, pre-treatment, etc.). Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods Ability to perform repetitive operations Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
Top candidates will also have:
Paint certification or equivalent experience in equipment paint processing Ability to read blueprints / engineering drawings Excellent verbal communications skills Strong commitment to Safety and Teamwork Demonstrates decision-making ability Ability to read/understand MSDS sheets What you will get: 2nd
Shift:
$22.19/hour (includes 8
  • night shift premium) Monday-Thursday 4 day/10-hour shift schedule
Work Hours:
6 pm
  • 4:30 am
  • Role requires overtime as needed to support business needs

Summary Pay Range:
$20.55
  • $25.
