AM What You'll Be Doing:
Prepare metal components for powder coating by cleaning, masking, and hanging parts. Apply durable, high-quality powder-coated finishes using spray equipment. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet strict quality standards. Maintain powder coating equipment and work areas. Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE. Work closely with production teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product excellence.
What We're Looking For:
High School Diploma or GED required. Previous powder coating experience preferred. Manufacturing experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet throughout the shift. Team-oriented attitude and dependable work ethic. Basic math and measuring skills.
