Industrial Painter

About us Golden Isles Cruise Lines, Inc operates a 4 deck 200+ foot dinner/casino cruise ship (Emerald Princess Casino) in Brunswick, GA. We sail 6 cruises a week Thursday-Sunday with scheduled maintenance days Mon-Thurs. Our company is seeking a dedicated, experienced, and hardworking Industrial Painter to join our team Monday through Friday. If you take pride in surface prep and finishes that protect equipment, structures and components from corrosion and wear, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, blasting, needle gunning, priming and painting Mix and apply industrial paints, coatings, epoxies and finishes Maintain painting equipment and work area Set up and operate equipment safely and efficiently Inspect finished coatings for quality and accuracy Work independently or as part of a team Follow instruction and all safety procedures

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Industrial Painter (preferred in Marine setting, manufacturing or heavy equipment) Strong knowledge of surface prep techniques Ability to work with sprayers Commitment to safety and quality
