Powder Coater Wage:

Powder Coater Responsibilities:
- Assist with loading and unloading parts onto the powder coat line
- Operate forklift to move materials and finished products within the warehouse
- Prepare metal parts through pre-treating, sanding, masking, priming, and cleaning to meet customer specifications
- Follow written and verbal instructions to ensure proper powder coating techniques are applied
- Load parts onto racks, change hanging patterns as needed, and ensure consistent coating quality
- Manage powder materials by sorting and transporting powders within the warehouse
- Bake finished parts at designated temperatures within specified time frames to cure coatings properly
- Perform setup and operation of powder coating equipment as required Requirements for
Powder Coater:
- At least one year of experience with powder coating in a manufacturing environment
- Experience using electrostatic spray guns and dry hoppers
- Ability to repetitively bend and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout shift
- Ability to stoop, crouch and bend consistently during job
- Ability to work mandatory overtime based on production needs
