What You Bring Education Within the qualifying period, the employee must complete the required equipment specific training requirements and process applications. Acquire forklift and crane license. High School Diploma or equivalent, passing score on General Aptitude test (GED). Previous paint application experience preferred. Ability to lift 50lbs., and work standing for extended periods of time. Qualified applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States.
