Job Description
We're looking for a motivated individual to join our paint shop. We're not looking for a master painter—we're looking for someone with some familiarity with automotive painting who wants to learn and build a career. If you've sprayed automotive paint before and understand the basics, we'll teach you the rest. Responsibilities Prepare parts for paint by sanding, masking, and cleaning Apply primer and paint to manufactured parts Move, hang, and handle parts throughout the painting process Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Learn proper painting techniques and continue developing your skills Qualifications Some experience or familiarity with automotive painting Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable and dependable attendance Strong work ethic and self-motivated Takes pride in quality workmanship Works well with others Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and performing the physical tasks required in a manufacturing paint shop
