Job Description
We are seeking a skilled, team‑oriented, and detail-driven Auto Painter who brings a strong work ethic and takes pride in excellence. This is a commission‑based role suited for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, quality‑first environment. Key Responsibilities Clean, maintain, and service painting equipment, spray booths, and filters Mix paint products accurately to manufacturer specifications Match and fine-tune colors for precise refinishing Apply paint to vehicles and parts using a variety of techniques and application tools Keep work area clean, organized, and safe at all times Qualifications At least 2 years of professional automotive painting or refinishing experience (preferred) Strong knowledge of paint materials, mixing techniques, and application processes Proficiency in the use of painting tools, spray guns, and related equipment Excellent attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship Solid basic math skills for mixing and color matching Valid driver's license (preferred) If you are a dedicated, quality-minded professional who enjoys working with a team and producing outstanding results, we want to hear from you.
