Buffer / Polisher - Auto Detailer Team Member Great Gatsby Auto Spa Great Gatsby Auto Spa is looking for an experienced Buffer / Polisher to join our fast-paced detailing team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with paint correction, polishing systems, and professional detailing standards. We work on a wide range of vehicles and focus on producing high-quality results efficiently and consistently. Responsibilities Perform paint correction, compounding, polishing, and finishing work Safely operate rotary and dual-action polishers Inspect paint condition and recommend correction levels Prep vehicles for ceramic coatings and protection services Maintain clean work areas and equipment Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Assist with general detailing duties when required Requirements Experience with machine polishing and paint correction Knowledge of pads, compounds, polishes, and paint types Ability to identify paint defects including swirls, oxidation, and scratches Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment Valid driver's license preferred Experience with ceramic coatings is an asset What We Offer Competitive pay Commission opportunities Flexible scheduling Professional products and equipment Opportunity to grow within the company Busy shop with steady workflow Great Gatsby Auto Spa offers interior and exterior detailing, ceramic coatings, paint correction, hand washes, and specialty services using professional-grade products and systems.
