Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Industrial Painter/Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This role involves applying high-quality paint finishes to various industrial components and assembling fabricated parts with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, experience with industrial and auto body painting techniques, and proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to high-standard production processes in a dynamic environment committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities This role involves industrial paint spraying and assembling valves for stock and customer orders, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery. Responsibilities include production documentation, safe material handling, equipment maintenance, and collaboration with purchasing and safety teams to support continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Valve Assembly:
Assemble valves based on order priority and KPIs.
Documentation:
Record production activities and inventory usage accurately.hen
Material Handling:
Safely move products using fork trucks, pallet jacks, cranes, and other devices.
Quality Inspection:
Perform inspections to ensure assembled products meet standards.
Workspace Safety:
Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow health and safety policies.
Equipment Maintenance:
Conduct routine maintenance and checks on equipment.
Inventory Accuracy:
Collaborate with purchasing to optimize inventory levels.
Continuous Improvement:
Support safety, quality, delivery, and cost‑saving initiatives.
Team Contribution:
Participate in departmental improvement culture and perform other assigned tasks.
MUST HAVE
Must have industrial paint spraying experience, preferably using spray guns in a manufacturing environment Experience assembling mechanical products such as valves, pumps, motors, gearboxes, castings, or other industrial equipment Minimum High School Diploma Must be able to lift 55 pounds and walk frequently, stand for extended periods Experience using hand tools and power tools for mechanical assembly. Ability to read work instructions, assembly drawings, blueprints, or manufacturing documents.
Shift Timing:
7AM-5PM Weekly schedule: M-F CH1
Pay:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
License/Certification:
High School Diploma (Required)
