Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter - Wet System to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will prepare and apply high-quality wet paint finishes to metal products using industrial spray equipment while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and production standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare metal surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming. Mix paints, primers, hardeners, and coatings according to manufacturer specifications. Apply industrial wet paint coatings using spray equipment. Inspect painted products to ensure proper finish, color, coverage, and quality. Perform touch-ups and rework as required. Operate and maintain spray guns, pressure pots, pumps, and related painting equipment. Maintain paint inventory and ensure proper storage and handling of materials. Keep spray booths, equipment, and work areas clean and organized. Follow production schedules while meeting quality and efficiency targets. Adhere to all workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience as an industrial wet system painter in a manufacturing environment. Experience painting metal products is required. Knowledge of industrial coatings, primers, epoxies, polyurethanes, and other wet paint systems. Ability to read work orders, specifications, and paint instructions. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality finishes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing. $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
