Schedule:
Second Shift | Monday-Thursday (Over-time options on Friday) 3:30PM - 2:00 AM | 40-50 hours per week
What You'll Do:
Spray paint parts and equipment using primers and finish coats Perform routine and repetitive spray painting operations Mix paints according to established procedures and specifications Operate spray painting equipment safely and effectively Maintain and clean spray booths, equipment, and work areas Ensure quality finishes with minimal defects, runs, or inconsistencies Follow all paint mixing, preparation, and application procedures Assist with additional duties as assigned by leadership
What You Bring:
General knowledge of spray painting techniques, materials, tools, and equipment Experience with industrial painting or willingness to learn through hands-on training Ability to follow detailed procedures and quality standards Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
Physical Requirements:
