Role Summary Our team is looking for a committed Industrial Painter to help us maintain our high-quality product finishing standards. We are searching for someone with a sharp eye for detail and professional experience in industrial painting who takes pride in their craft. Primary Duties Ensure surfaces are ready for coating through thorough cleaning, sanding, and priming. Prepare and apply various finishes and paints to meet exact project requirements. Use specialized tools and methods to reach professional-grade results. Review completed projects to verify they meet all quality benchmarks and technical requirements. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by keeping the workspace tidy. Work alongside colleagues to ensure all production goals and quality targets are achieved. Keep painting machinery in good working order by performing regular maintenance and reporting malfunctions. Required Qualifications Completion of high school or a GED, with preference given to those with vocational painting training. Demonstrated background working as an industrial painter or in a comparable position. Comprehensive knowledge of painting materials, safety standards, and application methods. Capacity to analyze and follow complex technical specifications and documentation. Commitment to delivering high-quality results through meticulous attention to detail. Effective communication skills and the ability to contribute to a collaborative team. Physical capability to handle heavy materials and maintain stamina during shifts.
