Benefits & Perks $18.00-$20.00 hourly pay (based on experience) Full-time, 1st shift schedule, Weekly pay Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Climate-controlled, organized work environment Summary Full-time, 1st shift opportunity in an automotive paint and finishing shop Buff and polish painted automotive parts to meet high-quality standards Perform wet sanding and light surface preparation as needed Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure a smooth, contaminant-free surface Ideal for candidates with automotive paint, body shop, or detailing experience Responsibilities Wet sand parts with appropriate materials prior to buffing Buff and polish painted parts to achieve a smooth, contaminant-free finish Inspect painted parts for defects or imperfections and take corrective action Work closely with the painting team to ensure all parts meet quality specifications Perform light sanding and surface preparation prior to painting as needed Maintain a clean and organized workspace Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Requirements Minimum of 1 year of experience in paint buffing and polishing Knowledge of buffing equipment, compounds, and techniques Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify surface imperfections Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions Reliable, detail-oriented, and quality-focused mindset Schedule 1st
Shift:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM No Saturdays, weekends, or holidays Expected hours: 40 per week
