Summary:
Performs production tasks and guides the activities of team members to meet daily productivity targets and quality standards Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Follows operating procedures for DragonHide and Durabed lines. Maintains spray gun. Perform maintenance duties as needed. Inspects painted units for runs, sags, and unpainted areas. Readjust pressure valves to control direction and pattern of spray and to correct flaws in coating. Cleans paint from ceiling and walls of booth, conveyor hooks or grid, and from disks, cones, spray heads, and hoses. Operates robotic sprayer to cover e-coated areas. Participate in problem solving and process improvement to correct failures, to meet customer commitments, or plant metrics and performance.
