Industrial Painter Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $19.00 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm) Prepare metal surfaces (cleaning, sanding, masking, degreasing) Apply industrial coatings using spray equipment (airless, HVLP, conventional) Inspect finished parts for quality and consistency Perform touch-ups and minor repairs Maintain paint equipment and a clean work area Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements Cross train in other departments (team player)

Industrial Painter Qualifications:

Previous industrial painting experience required Strong prep and finishing skills Experience with spray guns and paint booth environments High attention to detail and quality HS diploma or GED English proficiency Good attendance Steel toe shoes Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
