Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Operates a spray painter or other equipment to apply industrial paint finishes on metals or products.
- Mixes paints and other solutions and monitors drying to ensure desired results.
- Completes finishing with baking, polishing or other materials.
- Follows all required safety procedures.
- May paint items by hand as needed.
- Typically reports to supervisor/manager.
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED
- 0-3 years related experience
- Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline
- Must be able to perform basic math (calculate percentages)
- Good vision - ability to differentiate colors.
- Able to lift 5 gallon pails full of paint and stack 3 high, move drums with a cart
