Job Description:
Responsibilities:
  • Operates a spray painter or other equipment to apply industrial paint finishes on metals or products.
  • Mixes paints and other solutions and monitors drying to ensure desired results.
  • Completes finishing with baking, polishing or other materials.
  • Follows all required safety procedures.
  • May paint items by hand as needed.
  • Typically reports to supervisor/manager.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma/GED
  • 0-3 years related experience
  • Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline
  • Must be able to perform basic math (calculate percentages)
  • Good vision - ability to differentiate colors.
  • Able to lift 5 gallon pails full of paint and stack 3 high, move drums with a cart
