Parts Prep Technician - 1st Shift Job Description Join a manufacturer located in the northern Indianapolis region as a Parts Prep Technician on our 1st shift team. This role involves preparing parts for painting and maintaining the cleanliness of the workspace. Responsibilities Paint industrial metal products using specialized techniques. Tape and mask parts to prepare them for painting. Maintain the cleanliness of the work area by adhering to 5S standards. Stand and lift materials consistently throughout the shift. Essential Skills Experience with paint sprayers and spray guns. Knowledge of powder coating techniques. Proficiency in masking, taping, and sanding. Industrial painting experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in parts cleaning and racking. Familiarity with paint booth operations and blasting. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Noblesville, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
