Industrial Painter

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Painter to join our finishing team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying protective coatings to a variety of industrial components. Your expertise will ensure that products meet quality standards, are durable, and withstand harsh environments. Duties Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, grinding, and masking using hand tools and power tools. Apply primers, paints, coatings, and finishes using airless paint spraying equipment, brushes, rollers, or other application methods. Operate forklifts and cranes to handle materials safely within the warehouse or fabrication area. Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments to ensure coatings meet specifications. Perform auto body repairs and touch-ups as needed to maintain product integrity and appearance. Handle materials efficiently within manufacturing or warehouse settings, adhering to safety protocols. Assist with fabrication and assembly tasks related to painting projects, supporting overall production flow. Skills Proficiency with industrial painting techniques including airless spray systems and hand application methods. Mechanical knowledge of paint, finishing processes, and fundamentals. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and precision measuring instruments. Strong understanding of finishing principles to optimize workflow and reduce waste. Knowledge of industrial painting practices Familiarity with industrial painting techniques and processes. Pay:

$18.50 - $21.00 per hour
