Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Painter to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality coatings and finishes to a variety of industrial equipment, machinery, and structural components. Your expertise will ensure that products meet rigorous standards for durability, safety, and aesthetics. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where precision, safety, and craftsmanship are paramount. You will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity and appearance of our products through expert painting techniques and materials handling. Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, grinding, or masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality. Operate airless paint spraying equipment, brushes, and other hand tools to apply coatings efficiently and evenly. Follow safety protocols related to industrial painting, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ventilation systems. Experience Prior experience in industrial or construction painting is highly preferred, with knowledge of auto body repair or auto painting being a plus. Hands-on experience with power tools, hand tools, welding equipment, and airless spray systems is essential.
