We are seeking an experienced Lead Automotive Painter who takes pride in their work and is committed to excellence. This role is ideal for a professional who values quality over speed, has a sharp eye for detail, and is capable of leading by example in a high-standard environment.Key Responsibilities:
Perform all aspects of automotive and RV painting, including prep, masking, priming, color matching, and finishing Ensure all work meets our high-quality standards and maintains consistency across projects Mix and match paint accurately, including custom and specialty finishes Inspect completed work for imperfections and make corrections as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Oversee paint processes and provide guidance or mentorship to other team members when needed Collaborate with technicians and management to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completionQualifications:
5+ years of professional automotive painting experience (RV experience a plus) Strong knowledge of paint systems, tools, and application techniques Proven ability to produce high-end, show-quality finishes Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship Ability to color match and blend seamlessly Leadership experience or readiness to step into a lead role Reliable, self-motivated, and team-orientedWhat We Offer:
