The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work. This role requires proficiency in various painting techniques and the ability to work with different materials and tools. We have opening on our day, night and weekend shifts. Duties Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary. Apply paint, stain, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results. Ensure that all work areas are kept clean and organized throughout the painting process. Operate cranes and other equipment for materials handling as needed. Utilize hand tools and mechanical knowledge to perform tasks efficiently. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards. Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working in various environments. Experience Previous experience in industrial painting or auto body repair is preferred. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is advantageous. Proficiency in using hand tools and equipment related to painting tasks is essential. A strong understanding of materials handling techniques will be beneficial for this role.
