Linex Technician Leading Technology Composites, Inc - 3.0 Wichita, KS Job Details 15 hours ago Qualifications Paint mixing systems Visual color comparison Material mixing Color matching analysis Full Job Description Linex Associate 1st Shift Monday-Thursday 6AM-3:30PM Friday 6-10AM Job Description The LineX Paint Associate is responsible for preparing and painting LineX products according to customer specifications. This includes mixing and matching paint colors, preparing surfaces for painting, and applying paint using various techniques.
Responsibilities:
Mix and match paint colors to customer specifications Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking Apply paint using various techniques, including spray guns, brushes, and rollers Ensure that all painted products meet quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and guidelines Assist with other tasks as needed
Requirements:
Prior experience in painting or a related field Ability to mix and match paint colors Knowledge of painting techniques and tools Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed EEO/AA M/F/VETERAN/DISABILITY
