Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable, experienced Sandblaster/Painter to join our team. This role involves surface preparation, abrasive blasting, and applying coatings in industrial and commercial environments.

Responsibilities:

Perform abrasive blasting (sandblasting) on various surfaces Prepare surfaces by cleaning, scraping, and masking Apply coatings using brush, roller, and spray equipment Operate and maintain blasting and painting equipment Follow safety procedures and wear proper PPE at all times Work efficiently as part of a team to meet project deadlines Maintain a clean and organized job site

Qualifications:

Experience with sandblasting and/or industrial painting required Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work in outdoor and industrial environments Comfortable with physical labor (lifting, climbing, standing for long periods) Valid driver's license preferred Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
