Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Blaster/Painter and play a vital role in transforming spaces through expert surface preparation and finishing. As a key contributor, you'll utilize your skills in surface blasting, painting, and finishing to ensure high-quality results that meet safety standards and client expectations. We are committed to fostering a supportive environment where your craftsmanship and attention to detail can shine. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers using hand tools and power tools. Operate airless paint sprayers, brushes, rollers, and other equipment to apply coatings efficiently and evenly. Perform blasting tasks such as sandblasting or media blasting to remove old paint, rust, or debris from surfaces. Apply various types of paint and coatings on commercial structural components. Daily maintenance of blasting and painting equipment. Properly label members after painting and organize in the lay down yard Experience Proven experience in construction painting, industrial painting, involving surface preparation and finishing. Hands-on experience with power tools including drills, sanders, and air-less paint sprayers.
