Spray Painter Agility Retail Group - 3.0 Mansfield, MA Job Details Full-time $22 - $25 an hour Benefits Health savings account Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Employee assistance program Vision insurance 401(k) matching Life insurance Qualifications Industrial painting High school diploma or GED Spray guns (painting, coating and spraying tool) Full Job Description We are currently seeking to add a Spray Painter to join our (2nd shift) Mansfield, MA team.
What You'll Do:
Operate industrial spray-painting equipment to apply coatings to plastic surfaces. Cure accelerators Utilize cleaning solutions to prepare surfaces Clean spray equipment and maintain paint booth Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures Inspect painted surfaces for quality and make adjustments as needed. Maintain equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines. Other related duties as assigned
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as an industrial spray painter or similar role. Color-match experience a PLUS Fundamental knowledge of concepts in spray-paint procedures Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality craftsmanship. Familiarity with different types of paints, coatings, and application techniques. Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods. Motivated to learn and achieve in a fast-paced environment Agility Retail provides a comprehensive benefits package.
