Stewart Painting in Yarmouth, MA, is searching for a full-time Spray Painter . You approach each project with intention, preparing surfaces carefully, setting up spray equipment correctly, and adjusting techniques to match materials, coatings, and conditions. You move between shop and field environments, applying smooth finishes to cabinetry, trim, doors, and exterior surfaces while protecting surrounding areas from overspray. You review the scope before starting, clarify details with leadership, and communicate concerns early to keep work aligned. You maintain and clean equipment, manage product changeovers efficiently, inspect your work for imperfections, and correct issues before they become problems, leaving behind consistent, high-end finishes that meet Stewart Painting's standards.

THE SPRAY PAINTER WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who meets these requirements: Experience with airless and/or HVLP sprayers Understanding of coatings (latex, oil, lacquer, primers) Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a team environment Takes pride in high-end finishes Works with urgency while maintaining quality Reviews the scope before starting Strong communicator Reliable and professional

Preferred Qualifications:

Valid driver's license 1+ years of professional spray painting experience
