I am working with a well-respected, firmly established Industrial Coatings Contractor seeking an experienced General Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of a quickly growing team of dedicated professionals. I am looking for a sales-minded leader in the Industrial Coatings industry ready to manage a motivated team. Industrial Coatings Management Experience Required. Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Promote company services to General Contractors and property managers Oversee Estimators, Project Managers, and Office Staff Provide leadership to project teams Be a hands-on and reliable leader

Position Qualifications:

10+ years in Industrial Coatings Management Ability to understand and present products and services Planswift or equivalent software proficiency Specific experience in commercial painting required Must have the ability to utilize technology to enhance client service If you have a desire to work in the Industrial Coatings Industry, and you have a solid work ethic and a team-player mindset, this would be the perfect position for you.
