We are currently seeking a Painter / Powder Coat Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Painter/Powder Coat Technician, you will play a hands-on role in the preparation and application of specialized coatings for a wide variety of custom metal components including frames, panels, boxes, and other customer-driven projects. This position requires a full range of technical skills related to painting and powder coating processes, as well as a commitment to safety and quality. Due toITAR/EAR
compliance, only U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents may apply.Key Responsibilities:
Perform all stages of multi-component painting and powder coating processes Prepare surfaces for coating (cleaning, sanding, masking, etc.) Hang parts properly for coating and curing Apply powder or paint using appropriate equipment and techniques Monitor and manage curing processes Inspect finished work to ensure quality and adherence to specifications Maintain equipment and ensure clean, orderly workspace Follow all safety protocols, including use of PPE and proper handling of materialsQualifications & Skills:
Prior experience with powder coating and industrial painting required Strong knowledge of paint and powder equipment, techniques, and safety procedures Ability to read and interpret work instructions and technical drawings Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be reliable, responsible, and goal-oriented U.S. citizenship is requiredWhat We Offer:
