This position manages Inputs of Production schedule, Job instructions, Job jackets and Documents Control sheets. Reports To Paint Process Engineer Key Responsibilities 1.
Clean work areas:
sweep, pickup tags and trash, keeping area in state of good housekeeping 2. Monitor department goals and objectives 3. Ensure all production machinery is working properly 4. Coordinate all maintenance on equipment 5. Order and replace parts and supplies 6. Assist in tooling design 7. Attend weekly production, launch, and continuous improvement meetings 8. Promote and enforce safety through enforcement of plant safety policies, safe work practices and good house keeping 9. Troubleshoot problems concerning machinery, system and quality of production 10. Maintain paperwork and reports 11. Reduce material costs and waste 12. Maintain accurate inventory 13. Write robot programs and maintain robot backups 14. Test new equipment and paints 15. Reduce material, labor and waste cost 16. Monitor portable containers for correct labels and hazard warnings 17. Make robot job changes and paint changes for production 18. Mix and monitor paint and catalyst levels 19. Maintain daily logs and paperwork 20. Perform trouble shooting and system checks 21. Track and monitor fluid flow, paint temperature and paint viscosity 22. Monitor and maintain paint kitchen 23. Hand spray parts as needed 24. Assist in repairing equipment as needed 25. Monitor and check quality of parts 26. Replace and check paint system filters 27. Rebuild paint guns, clean fluid nozzles and replace paint and air lines 28. Manage handling and labeling of hazardous materials

1. Fanuc Robots 2. Graco P-Mix Equipment 3. Paint and chemicals 4. Various hand tools 5. Lint free suits 6. Paint pressure pots 7. Cup gun 8. FCR panel 9. Visc Cup 10. Stop watch Education /
Experience:
Associate's degree, technical training and/or a minimum of five years related experience
Additional Requirements:
1. Fanuc Paint and material handling Robot knowledge 2. Paint mix history
Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
