Job Description

This is a hands-on, skilled manufacturing role as an industrial painter responsible for the final preparation, finishing, and shipping of our form systems. You'll own the paint booth paint and support other areas of operations to ensure our customers receive top-quality products on time. At Aster Brands, our purpose is simple. Primary Responsibilities and Duties Painting & Surface Preparation Prepare forms and components for finishing, including cleaning and degreasing Apply acrylic enamel coatings using painting system Ensure proper coverage, finish quality, and adherence to company standards Move products safely in and out of the paint booth using forklifts, rail and material-handling equipment Team Collaboration Work closely with Production leads to ensure prompt order fulfillment Cross-train in other areas of Operations as needed Support additional manufacturing and assembly duties as required. Key Qualities Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Organized, thorough, and proactive in improving processes Committed to safety — never cutting corners and reporting unsafe conditions immediately Willingness to learn and cross-train across departments High school diploma or equivalent required Previous manufacturing, painting, assembly, or forklift experience is a plus (but not required) At Aster Brands, quality, innovation, and teamwork drive everything we do and every team member plays an important role in our success.
