Responsibilities:
Operate painting systems and spray truck bodies and components using handheld spray guns Apply paint to achieve consistent dry film thickness and meet quality standards Perform regular quality checks to ensure paint application meets specifications Monitor and adjust paint viscosity during shifts as needed Conduct paint booth housekeeping and maintain filters Properly care for spray guns to minimize downtime Ensure surfaces are properly prepared prior to painting Load and unload parts and components for painting Monitor booth and oven temperature gauges Maintain accurate daily time records Cross-train and assist in other work areas as production demands require Train and support new and current team members Follow all safety, environmental, and quality policies, including proper use of PPE Maintain a clean, organized work area and properly care for tools and equipment Demonstrate commitment to company core values Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED Proficiency with paint guns and automotive painting techniques Vocational training can be considered in lieu of experience Ability to read, write, and comprehend written instructions and materials Basic computer usage knowledge
Preferred Qualifications:

Compensation Range :
$22.83 - $28.23/hour + $1.50 shift differential. Pay based on experience, education, and qualifications.
