Reliability, strong work ethic, and comfort working in a blue-collar, shop environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with industrial painting processes and materials. Familiarity with blasting operations and surface preparation techniques. Exposure to powder coating or other industrial coating methods. Interest in learning welding, fabrication, or expanding skills within industrial painting. Comfort working in a small team environment and taking on multiple roles as needed. Why Work Here?
