Job Title:

Painter Helper Job Description As a Painter Helper, you will play a crucial role in assisting with painting operations by following job orders and blueprints. Your responsibilities will include hanging parts, washing parts, moving them through dry-off ovens, and into the paint booth. You will initially start with hanging parts and eventually advance to painting, inspecting, and packaging them. Responsibilities Follow job orders and blueprints accurately. Hang parts and prepare them for the painting process. Wash and move parts through dry-off ovens. Assist in painting parts and ensure quality by inspecting them. Package finished parts for shipment. Essential Skills Experience with spray gun and paint prep. Ability to perform general labor tasks efficiently. Proficiency with hand tools. Minimum of 3+ months of manufacturing experience. Strong industrial painting skills including sanding and blasting. Additional Skills & Qualifications Quick learner with good attendance. Basic computer skills. Willingness to learn and adapt. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Rogers, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
