Paint Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY

: The P aint specialist will work with and train outfitters on liquid painting and repair techniques throughout the facility.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Will become certified through MICI's certification program Do daily spot audits on all repair areas Training outfitters on proper techniques of painting and prepping area . Communicate with paint supplier on all color matches/approval Tarin outfitters on paint gun and booth maintenance Be able to troubleshoot paint issues. Communicate with rigging daily on any sub-par repairs

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Degree Required:

​ High School Diploma or Equivalent ​

Preferred Degree:

​ High School Diploma or Equivalent ​ Certificate(s) or License(s ): Must pass MICI certification Years of experience : Minimum 2 years paint experience ​

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY

Strong computer skill Ability to work in a manufacturing environment. Ability to work in a team setting.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

: Less than 10%

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

: Regularly works on computer, walks, sits, and stands. Seldomly lifts up to 50lbs.
