$19 / hour Job Description #INDSTJO Powder Coat- 1st & 3rd Shift AvailableDuties & Responsibilities Load, unload, clean, paint, cure, and package products through the powder coating process Maintain quality standards with strong attention to detail Perform repetitive painting motions efficiently and safely Read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and job travelers Verify parts meet print and traveler specifications Learn and operate all aspects of the powder coat/paint line Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety policies and procedures Package finished products to minimize damage during shipping and transit Assist with other duties as assigned Qualifications Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Previous paint experience required Powder coating experience preferred Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Must submit resume to lisaw@imko.com #INDSTJO
