Industrial Painter - Sign Fab Full-Time | Overtime Available Sign Fab is a growing manufacturing operation with a strong backlog of work. We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter who takes pride in producing high-quality finishes and supporting steady production. Responsibilities Perform prep work including sanding, filling, masking, and cleaning Mix and apply industrial coatings to meet color and finish specifications Operate spray guns and related painting equipment Read and follow work orders to ensure accurate production Inspect finished products and correct any defects Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Collaborate with production team members to keep workflow moving Qualifications 3+ years of spray-painting experience (industrial or automotive preferred) Experience with spray guns and coating systems Strong attention to detail and finish quality Ability to work independently in a production environment Reliable and safety-focused Pay & Schedule Full-time Overtime available based on workload How to
