Job Description
Environmental Air Systems, a full-service mechanical contractor, is seeking an Industrial Painter to join our Manufacturing Team. The Industrial Painter is responsible for preparing, coating, and finishing metal components in a light industrial fabrication environment. This role involves mixing and matching paints to required specifications, operating spray guns and spray foam equipment, and applying coatings with precision to ensure durability and a high‑quality finish. The Industrial Painter will follow safety and environmental guidelines, maintain equipment, and work closely with production teams to meet quality standards and project timelines.

This Position requires a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED or related experience in Industrial/Automotive Painting as determined by the plant manager.Job Requirements/Special Skills:
Reading and speaking proficiency in either English or Spanish required Auto Body painting experience a plus Good verbal communication skills with employees Positive attitude Open minded with a vision for continuous improvement Ability to take on more responsibility as the business grows.Physical Requirements:
