Powder Coating Technician

We're looking for detail-driven, quality-focused individuals who understand that how you finish a job says everything about the team behind it.

What You'll Do:

Apply powder coat finishes to steel and aluminum parts using proper techniques and equipment Inspect parts before and after coating to ensure a clean, even finish Set up and operate paint booths, ovens, and spray systems Support a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What We're Looking For:

Experience in industrial powder coating or automotive painting (preferred, but not required—we'll train the right person) Familiarity with spray guns, booths, curing ovens, and proper surface prep (preferred, but not required—we'll train the right person) Attention to detail and consistency—every finish matters Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to safety and quality Why Join the
