Job Description
Job Summary Carolina Finishing is seeking a full-time Industrial Paint Prep / Masking Technician to join our production team in Mocksville, NC. This hands-on role is responsible for preparing and masking parts for industrial coatings. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, dependable, and experienced with hand tools and industrial prep processes. Responsibilities Clean and prep surfaces for painting Mask components using tape, plugs, and templates based on specifications Follow blueprints or work instructions accurately Operate DA sanders, grinders, and other prep tools Inspect work for quality and completeness before painting Maintain a clean and safe work area Work closely with painters and production staff
