Powder Coat Support

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare parts for the Powder Coating process, including cleaning, masking and hanging. Setup load and unload areas to be ergonomically correct for the hanging and unloading processes. Inspect coated parts for defects, uneven coating, drips or imperfections. Assist in the training and direction of co-workers in proper Safety, Quality and Powder Coat standards. Work with Supervisor and leadperson to determine the most efficient process to perform operations.
